Weird question about a sack?

Sigh.... that's so dumb.... You've seen a cold sore right?? That's what genital is like, except those sores are bigger, nastier, and all around worse than a cold sore. It's the same virus, just a different strain. (Think the difference between regular flu and swine flu) they're related, and the symptoms look similar, but one is way worse.
