I got 1 mail from U.K western union money team,that i have won 250,000,00, is it true or flase?

they told us to contact T.N.T for monry transfer and the T.N.T people told us to pay 1200 to receive my check. so pl advise me what shall i do should i belive it or no or shall i send the 1200 $ to T.N.T COURIER SERVICE IN LONDON
