Is all virgo man r like dis? am libra wat can i do in this issue? i love him ......?

i got a friend i really like him, so i total him that i got crush on him.....he was supries and later told me that he is not ready to fall in love. so i left the issue, later one day he told me he also got crush on me..........suddently we got a chance to meet each other , we spoke n wen i was abt to tell i kissed in his cheek n bid a good bye since am departing overseas, n so as he .....everything was fine i even felt he liked me to.....after the problem started he dont wanna talk to me, message me ....later after two weeks he messaged me stating that he dont hav any feel anything for me and cant love me...so i said ok, but he keeping on repeating dis after eventhough i dont ask him ?he was fine i thought he like me too, all things happened around telling me the sam....!!! am so puzzled......den i decided not to contact him anymore same days ped and even weeks...later one day wen i was talking to his friend he told me that my virgo man want me to call him, but i ingnored him n nvr called.....later wen i called my friend who is vry close friend of him , my virgo man took de fone n told me that he was talking about me to his friend n wanted to talk to me......n even had the chick to ask me y i forgot him so fast.....i was like wat de f***k he was as usual in the fone .....what is his problem am so confused ....he said am beautiful, hot, clever ...chase behind me to talk and meet ...now is like am made fool ...but i knw am totally in love with him...but trying to be dumb in our relationship to make him chase behind me......what can i do?
