The most boring and wierd office?

I work in the most awful office in the country. Nobody ever says anything to the other people, everybody walks around like zombies. Nobody wants to do anything for Christmas anymore. We used to exchange presents but they want to stop that. No Christmas parties or cheer. For the people want to say this is a job and not a social scene I know that. I believe you can work and have some fun too. Does anybody have any ideas how to boost morale around here. By the way the Office Manager is a witch and hard to talk into anything. She is misable and likes it that way.
