There are four volumes of Twain's collected works on a shelf. The pgs of each volume are exactly 2 inches thick. The covers are each 1/16 inches thick. The bookworm started eating on pg 1 of volume 1 & ate through to the last pg on volume 4. What is the distance the bookworm covered?
