Lower right flank pain?

I have pain in my lower right back. Above my hips but below my ribs. I had my gallbladder removed two years ago and a hysterectomy two years before that so it can't have anything to do with that. I am really tired, lightheaded and having a fluttering sensation in my throat. I feel like I am going crazy. Any ideas what this could be?
