Which menu would you prefer for a Saturday luch?

I'm hispanic but would much rather have the Italian recipe. If you decide to use the Mexican menu then a better version of your nacho soup would be to make a chicken tortilla soup. Its absolutely delicious. Unfortunately I'm not at home right now so I can't give you the recipe but I'm sure you can find it somewhere. Its made up of chicke, chicken broth, rotel tomatoes, monterrey jack cheese, corn, and tortilla chips.
