Well, did the bloodwork test for aids or leukemia?, calici virus? I would ask your veterinarians office if they carry a product called nutri-cal (also avail in pet stores), try to see if you can get your cat to eat some of that either by syringe or off of his paw, also ask your vet if they carry a product called Hills A/D or Eukanuba Max Cal, either of these products may work to stimulate your cats appetite, the other thing you may want to try is chicken baby food (not turkey), slightly warm may also help.
