I had a very sensual dream about a friend of mine that ped away.?

We were embracing and kissing and he told me he loved me. We were never a couple before. He ped away almost 2 years ago. He did not cross my mind or anything in the last few days. What could this mean, if anything? And why would I Have a dream like that? I am happily married with 3 children.
