Can you combine drum sets? read description?

Yeah, you can put two different sets together. The only issue would be if your kit has 12" and 13" toms and his does as well. You generally don't want two of the same size tom in your setup although it can be done, just tune them a little differently. The kit in the link above uses 3 rack toms, so if for instance one of the kits uses a 12" and 13" and the other a 10" and 12", you could use a 10", 12", 13" setup and just have an extra 12" tom that could even be mounted on a stand to the left of the snare like Travis Barker does.. There are lots of possibilities.
