Can't connect Yahoo to my Outlook e-mail, want to keep e-mail: cancel personal services acct. ($35).?

The whole point of my ordering personal services was to be able to use it through my Outlook account and consolidate how many different e-mails that I wished to review each day. It appears that Yahoo e-mail will not work with Outlook (not Outlook Express); therefore it is of no use to me. I wish to cancel my $35 payment to you.
