Are giant rabbit breeds safer from attack by stoats etc?

I agree with the previous poster that a rabbit is a rabbit. Geese can be left outside at night because they are quite aggressive towards predators and intruders onto their territory, and can look after themselves. A giant bunny is still a bunny and I can imagine would still be very tempting to the local ermine population, unfortunately.
