How to mount a snowboard onto a 2007/2008 Toyota Sienna or a 2001/2002 Honda Odyssey?

they make racks that go onto small cars that aren't permanent, friend had the same car as yours and their rack was easily removed when not hauling snowboards, sorry i forgot the brand name, good luck

Does anyone hate the song 'Dancing Queen" by ABBA? ?

I don't know why, this song just really annoys the crap out of me! Everytime I hear it I just want to scream! Hey, it's nothing against the group ABBA, or the movie Mamma Mia....it's just an awful song. Seriously, can anyone think of a more annoying tune that GETS STUCK IN YOUR HEAD AND YOU HEAR 'YOU CAN DANCE, HAVING THE TIME OF YOUR LIFE...OOO...." UHHGHH I HATE HATE HATE....Well, you get the idea....Am I alone here? Does anyone else just feel ANGRY when they hear this song....the WORDS...the TUNE....the MELODY!!!! TURN IT OFF PLEASE!!!

I have a friend who is VERY big.. 26yo, f, 5'9", 335 lbs... help.?

Can anyone give some advice as to how many calories she should be taking in to lose weight? She has been going to the gym for about a month or two and has dropped 30lbs, which is great, but I'd really like to see more results. She doesn't really understand the concept of "healthy eating" yet, but I'm working hard on that. She's way too young to be this big, so any (empowering) advice would be great. Thank you. :)

Do engineers have to keep going back to school because their knowledge eventually becomes obsolete?

If an engineer already has a degree I heard that their knowledge becomes obsolete after a while and they have to go back to school. If this is true, then how often do they have to go back to school and when they go back, how many units do they have to take? What % of what they learned when they first got their degree is still useful? I would ume that at least some basic things they learned is still useful.

Bioload for my aquarium?

I am setting up my new aquarium and I have it cycling now. I was wondering if you guys could help me determine the bioload? It a 10 gallon aquarium, but it is not a typical 10 gallon - I think its considered a '10 gall long'? Its 30in x 9in x 9in - lots of surface area to oxygenate that water! I have created a lot of nooks and crannies for the fish so I would imagine after the displaced water it probably holds about 9 gallons of water. The only species I will have in my tank is the Mexican blind tetra - which I know don't put out a ton of waste. I just am not sure how to calculate how many I can have?

Most calorie counters on exercise equipment are just guesstimates at best but 200 calories for 40 min sounds about right. It's a lot easier to reduce you food intake then trying to burn it off later. One Big Mac contains 540 calories so you are looking at 108 min on the exercise bike, more if you want fries with that.
